Yamamoto’s SilhouetteYohji Yamamoto kept it drapey for his fall 2012 collection shown during Paris Fashion Week. A story of layers, autumn introduced one of Yamamoto’s most accessible outings yet with body conscious shapes in primary colors of red, black, white and dark blue. Heavy outerwear paired with blanket coats gave a military inspired flair to the deconstructed garments. Although keeping to his own aesthetic, the Japanese designer brought a new twist to his off-kilter creations for the upcoming autumn season.
