The star wore a mini Dior dress in a fiery red shade with a deep, plunging neckline. Selena paired the look with Manolo Blahnik pumps, diamond earrings, a bracelet and clutch from VBH.
Kind of shocked that she wore this as Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars wore it to the Teen Choice Awards–and Selena was there and apparently friends with the PLL Girls?
