Proenza Schouler Spring/Summer 2015–Designers Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough went Americana for the spring 2015 collection from Proenza Schouler previewed at New York Fashion Week Wednesday night. Think polo shirts, reimagined as dresses or argyle sweater patterns decorating an oversized top, or even a windbreaker for a sporty moment. They key to these updated staples is all in the fabrication–chiffon, leather and woven materials bring a luxe vibe to the throwback styles. These looks are definitely modern though, made to be worn by a city dweller–no wallflowers allowed.
