Inspired by French style, Ralph Lauren’s spring-summer 2016 show opened with seafaring looks featuring plenty of nautical stripes in blue and white pairings. As the show progressed, Lauren introduced graphic prints in kaleidoscopic blue, yellow, red and green tones for an artistic moment. Then a return to serene white with menswear inspired shirting and relaxed silhouettes. For evening wear, Lauren looked to nautical stripes again with strapless gowns that would be perfect for yachting or a summer party.
