Those are Polaroid 665 borders, but those shots don’t seem to be made with that film. The discontinuation of many of these Polaroid films, especially the 8X10 Polaroid, has hurt Roversi’s work the most. While these are good shots, they’re a far-cry from what you’d expect from Roversi, who is a living legend.

Absolutely agree. Stand up poses have never looked so boring for Roversi. He could work wonders with any poses but why these ones don’t work for me? I haven’t got a clue.

@Kinulka; it’s totally subjective; Holmann & Cotliar disappoint me. (especially Tat, just dont get her appeal)
Jac convinces only once. Mirte unexpectedly shines, stunning actually.
Oh and the dark Kenny one always blows me off my feet, wonder when the big eyes will start to annoy though…..
@Ferdinand; completely agree. His work is still way above average though.

I think these photos are artistic and soulful and yet still make you look at the clothing in a way that makes you want to buy it and wear it which not all of his work does so perhaps this is a bit more mainstream approach for him…

I like Mirte more and more each time I see her.
Julia looks a little out of it in her shot, shame.

      These are beautiful!
They all appear very effortless like an old captured photo of a friend. They exude some sort of familiar quality that draws me in.
