A Shapely Transition – Max Mara plays on oversized, menswear influenced shapes for its pre-fall 2013 collection. The looks, modeled by Alana Zimmer, come in mostly nude and neutral shades with the main staples being double-breasted jackets and slouchy trousers. The masculine elements of the collection are downplayed with fur embellishments, usage of color-blocking and column-shaped dresses. For pre-fall, the Max Mara woman is a jet-setter, accessorizing with lengthy gloves, sunglasses and large totes. / Photos by Seth Sabal, Styling by Giovanna Battaglia

I prefer the dresses more than the jackets.
This is a really nice prefall catalog, classic items that are timeless, you cant go wrong with any of the jackets, they will work now or in 20 years.
Love everything!!!
I like these photos more than the campaign. Alana looks amazing, styling is impeccable.
Giovanna is right on with the David Bowie inspriation.
