Williamson’s Prints Princess – Inspired by the work of artist Mat Collishaw and German furniture designer Judith Seng, Matthew Williamson focuses on natural and geometric prints for his resort 2013 collection. Using a simple silhouette perfect for layering or adornment, the transitional season offers thoroughly modern looks in coral, chartreuse, lavender and marmalade hues. Williamson also embraces street wear looks in the form of tailored pants adorned with abstract patterns and leather biker jackets. For evening wear, dresses are embellished using Swarovski crystals and metal work as well as draping and fringe detailing.
