Lanvin ResortLanvin creative director Alber Elbaz focused on looks for just about every occasion with the brand’s resort 2014 collection. With inspiration stemming from the Lanvin woman’s lifestyle, the transitional season offers a varied take on looks that go from day to night and in between. Resort sees a lot of embellishments covering rich jewel toned dresses or more girlish looks in the form of ballerina-inspired full tulle skirts. Adding to the adornment are rich brocades dipped in gold metallic hues. Elbaz also focuses on more understated dress with a few monochromatic looks evoking a cool minimal vibe.
