Jason Wu Spring/Summer 2015–After last season went nineties with slip dresses and sheer styles, the spring-summer 2015 collection from Jason Wu offered a lesson in minimalism. Aiming to go back to the roots of American sportswear, the designer opened the show with painterly prints which then transitioned into relaxed daytime dresses and coats that featured strong shoulders. The spring collection also introduced the ‘Diane’ bag that is inspired by Wu muse and actress Diane Kruger. The designer’s evening looks included sparkling wrap dresses with short sleeves and floating gowns for a glamorous take on sportswear.
