How to Eat and Look like a Fashion Model

We live in a fashion-conscious world where an image is everything. We are not only expected to dress well but also look good and so, many of us strive to find the perfect diet that enables us to feel good in the clothes we wear.

Perhaps you have a big evening out planned where you want to look your best, what should you eat and how should you eat to ensure that your little black dress fits you like a dream?

Don’t count calories but watch how you consume them

It is not always about counting calories because it is more about what you consume and how good it that particular food is for you. This will enable you to stick to meal plans that combine foods that work well together and of course.

Start with a light meal and get heavier throughout the day

Begin the day with water and then move onto a smoothie where you will get all of your nutrients and energy. Including raw ingredients will provide you with the vitamins and minerals that will prepare you for the day ahead. At lunchtime, you should opt for something like a salad with vegetables, and if you need to add protein, you can add in hard boiled eggs or salmon. Once dinner arrives, you can begin by having a leafy salad and then a meal that consists of grains and plenty of vegetables or you could opt to have a fish meal with roasted vegetables. If you need a dessert then dark chocolate is your best option.

Hydration is vital

It is crucial that you drink water throughout the day as that will help to keep back any cravings and keep you feeling fuller.

If you must have a snack

If you do need a snack, then you need to choose wisely. Opt to go for carrot sticks with hummus or even some smashed avocado. This is not about filling you up; it is about feeding your craving until you are satisfied.

Keep energy levels high

If you are cutting back on your food intake, you are going to find that you need an energy boost. Select the best coffee from your coffee subscription and allow the caffeine to give you that boost you need.

What you should avoid.

You need to be considerate about what you choose as a snack. While many believe that nuts are a great snack, they are in the right circumstances but not if you are trying to eat like a supermodel and fit in that outfit tonight. Nuts are packed with healthy fats and protein but they can prove heavy on the digestive system, and they can dehydrate you.

Don’t get bloated

We all get bloated but being bloated and going out don’t particularly work well together. Therefore, you should avoid all carbonated drinks as they can make you feel gassy and bloated. You should also avoid dairy as that can cause constipation and bloat. Finally, you should avoid all fried foods.
