For Dries Van Noten’s spring-summer 2016 collection, the Belgian designer struck a balance between feminine and masculine style with a 1950s inspired outing. Noten’s signature print work was out in full effect with rich jewel tones paired with semi-sheer pieces that almost fool the eye as tattoo sleeves. On the masculine side, there was oversized suiting with window pane prints and high-waist trousers. While more feminine looks were revealed with sparkling bra tops, romantic ruffles and pleating. Finishing her look, the Dries Van Noten woman wears chunky platforms and cat eye sunglasses.
