Saint Laurent Goes 80’s for Fall 2018

Joanna Elizabeth / Published February 27, 2018

Anthony Vaccarello continued his fascination for form-fitting, sexy silhouettes with Saint Laurent’s fall-winter 2018 collection. Presented during Paris Fashion Week, Vaccarello showcased a selection of mostly black looks. From leather shorts to lace tops and fitted blazers, the looks weren’t for the faint of heart. Paired with wedged boots, feather embellished sandals and ankle boots, the Saint Laurent woman stands tall. Vaccarello injected plenty of color with the show’s final section. Party-ready dresses in vibrant prints embraced bold, 1980’s inspired shoulders and feminine ruching. Dazzling sequins and beading brought serious sparkle to the fall season.
