Dolce & Gabbana Goes Tropical for Spring 2020

Joanna Elizabeth / Published September 26, 2019

Dolce & Gabbana takes a trip to the jungle for its spring-summer 2020 collection. Presented during Milan Fashion Week, the designers open the show with safari inspired khakis. Utilitarian inspired pockets and belting gets tailored with cinched waists. Elsewhere, prints featuring animals like zebras, elephants and giraffes decorate fit and flare dresses. For evening wear, Dolce & Gabbana offers lingerie inspired cocktail dresses with cut-outs at the abdomen and lace corsets. Crochet accents, raffia details, snakeskin embossment and polka dots stand out. Accessories include colorful tote bags, raffia accents, hoop earrings and hair ties.
