Balenciaga set its spring-summer 2019 show in a tunnel complete with a video by artist Jon Rafman. Designer Demna Gvasalia continues to deliver an elegant ease with tailored coats, form-fitting dresses and boxy coats. The brand’s signature spandex boots as well as pointy kitten heels with buckles serve as must-have shoes for the season. Floaty dresses as well as pajama inspired separates and body conscious mini dresses are included in the collection. For evening wear, the Balenciaga woman dons cocktail silhouettes complete with ruching and draping.
