  1. woow overphotoshopped to the point that it's almost impossible to identify who's who….
    – wow, julianne moore's head is just a bit unproportionally large in comparison to her body
    – where the f is lily d? i see just one blonde who slightly resembles her
    —–> EPIC FAIL

    • it's not necessarily photoshopped, alot of the time a photographer will light the talent in a particular way that hides imperfections. A large reason they might look similar is because they all have eye make-up on that is the same. stress less dom

  3. this is really a shame, this is a group of unique and beautiful women who span decades in age so why does merely look as old as julienne??!?!?! why can't we (as a society/world) embrace age as a beautiful and diversifying attribute like race or sex? why must all these women be digitally made to look virtually the same age when in fact there is probably 30 years between some of them (if not more)….now a lot has happned in those 30 years, why not celebrate it..life!!??

  5. Kate, Meryl and Penelope look gorgeous. Everyone elses face just looks a little distorted. Julianne Moore just looks creepy- she's definitely photoshopped. Like the idea of having all these wonderful ladies on the cover, however, I wish would have gone for a more natural look.

  7. Wow. There are so many haters. I think this cover and the other two that Penelope produced are fabulous. ALL fashion images are retouched. The fact that these are well know actresses may make them look "strange" to people who are used to seeing models on covers who appear perfect when in fact they are just as photoshopped. Some of the women look "distorted" in this photo due to the camera angle and lens used by Inez & Vinoodh to create depth of field. It would be terribly boring to see the same standard work over and over again. This is a breath of fresh air in my opinion. Let's also not forget the important reason these covers were created for a great cause – to promote Bono's (Red) campaign.

  11. Hey, compared to that ridiculous American Vogue cover that featured some of these celebrities on, photoshopped in red dresses on a beach, this is pure amazement. Just think of that.
