Moss for Playboy – Following up a preview last month, Kate Moss’ 60th Anniversary cover for Playboy has finally been released courtesy of E Online. The British supermodel poses for renowned fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in the sultry image where she takes on the iconic bunny outfit. Throwback Cavalli – This Thursday we’re doing a fashion flashback to Roberto Cavalli’s fall 2004 advertisements. The campaign starred American model Angela Lindvall photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott with Cavalli’s signature slinky silhouettes and luxe prints on full display in the photographs. Today, the Italian brand’s most recent ads for fall 2013 goes multi-girl with top models Liu Wen, Liya Kebede and Iselin Steiro.
Sunrise, Sunset – The resort 2014 campaign from Gucci evokes a leisurely glamour with these advertisements starring Andreea Diaconu. The Romanian model has appeared in an online campaign called “Bamboo Confidential” for the Italian fashion house previously. Inspired by the colors of dusk, the resort images were photographed by Mert & Marcus and feature Andreea posing alongside male model Adrien Sahores.

Kate for Playboy – Earlier this year the news was revealed that supermodel Kate Moss would star as the cover girl of Playboy’s 60th anniversary issue. Now the men’s magazine has taken to Twitter to reveal a first look at the shoot photographed by famed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who also shot the British beauty for the fall Versace campaign. In the shot, Kate poses seductively in the iconic Playboy bunny outfit complete with ears and a fluffy tail.
Think Punk – Sasha Pivovarova lands her third Vogue cover of the year with the September 2013 issue of Vogue Russia. This is the magazine’s fifteenth anniversary and accordingly they got one of the industry’s most well-known photography duos, Mert & Marcus, to shoot the cover. Sasha channels her inner punk in a plaid look from the fall collection of Versace. The new issue of Vogue hits stores on August 22nd in Russia.

Cara on Top – Cara Delevingne’s star continues to rise as she appears on the September 2013 edition of W Magazine. The American glossy dubs the British model a “style rebel” in its new issue. On the cover Cara wears a Marc Jacobs top and skirt photographed by Mert & Marcus. “I want to make music, I want to act, I want to sing,” Cara tells the magazine about her aspirations.
Grunge Beauty – Gracing her second Vogue Paris cover, Saskia de Brauw channels her inner grunge chick with the magazine’s September 2013 edition. The Dutch model wears what else but a total Saint Laurent look, complete with combat boots and a bikini top. Mert & Marcus photographed Saskia for the new issue which hits stores in France on August 22nd.
Pucci by Night – Emilio Pucci enlists Dutch beauty Doutzen Kroes for its fall 2013 advertisements shot by Mert & Marcus. Snapped at night, the Victoria’s Secret stunner models the brand’s signature prints as well as thigh high boots in the seductive images. The new season’s bags and fur pieces are on full display for the autumn campaign.
Very French – For its fall 2013 campaign, Sonia Rykiel celebrates the work of famous French graphic designers like Bernard Villemot and Raymond Savignac. Model Sam Rollinson poses next to cut-out designs in a set of studio images shot by Mert & Marcus and styled by Marie Chaix. This marks the first advertisements under the direction of designer Geraldo da Conceicao which focuses on pantsuits, knits and outerwear.
Body Electric – Shoe brand Brian Atwood continues with its tradition of seductive advertisements for its fall 2013 campaign. The ads, shot by Mert & Marcus, star leading models Julia Stegner and Emily DiDonato. Ludivine Poiblanc works as stylist for the shoot which highlights neon-hued shoes with luxury automobiles and dark shadows. Emily and Julia play opposites in the nighttime snapped images.
