The French-Swedish beauty is quite the model in the simple black and white studio snaps. A messy coif and understated makeup make the clothes stand out. Styled by Marie Chaix, Sigrid sports this season’s textured fashions featuring prints, furs and wools.
Very French – For its fall 2013 campaign, Sonia Rykiel celebrates the work of famous French graphic designers like Bernard Villemot and Raymond Savignac. Model Sam Rollinson poses next to cut-out designs in a set of studio images shot by Mert & Marcus and styled by Marie Chaix. This marks the first advertisements under the direction of designer Geraldo da Conceicao which focuses on pantsuits, knits and outerwear.
Glam Stars – Liu Wen, Liya Kebede and Iselin Steiro are the stars of Roberto Cavalli’s fall 2013 campaign shot on location at a downtown Paris building. The images were photographed by Mario Testino and are inspired by the scene after a societal party. Styled by Marie Chaix, the women charm in floral prints, animal patterns and luxe furs. Accessories focus on the Hera bag and jewelry fashioned after moths, snakes and fruit.
Chic Athlétique – The monochromatic trend has been done many times this season, but the June-July Vogue Paris gives a sporty twist to the look with this shoot starring Hilary Rhoda. The American beauty poses for Terry Richardson in strictly black and white looks styled by Marie Chaix. With pieces from labels such as Dior, Gucci, Moschino and Jil Sander; Hilary exudes pure glossy glamour in every shot.
New York Partie 5 – For its March 2013 issue, Vogue Paris was inspired by the world’s largest urban playground. Colorful World – Xiao Wen Ju lands the accessories campaign for Kenzo’s fall-winter 2012 collection, photographed by Frederik Heyman. Fresh Season – Bette Franke has a fresh and relaxed look for the fall 2012 advertisements from See by Chloe. With creative direction by Fabien Baron, photographer Gregory Harris (Marek & Associates) captures clean portraits featuring Bette in neutral tones and modern shapes styled by Marie Chaix. On beauty are makeup artist Lucia Pieroni and hair stylist Paul Hanlon.
Modern Woman – Proenza Schouler’s fall 2012 campaign taps into androgynous style with a boyish looking Meghan Collison wearing designers Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough’s Japanese-inspired pieces.
