Three Beauties – Fashion brand Joie enlists fashion stars Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Poppy Delevingne and Anouck Lepère for its fall 2013 campaign. The advertisements were photographed by Alasdair McLellan and styled by Julia von Boehm in the romantic atmosphere of New York’s Gramercy Park, evoking 1920s glam. The trio impresses in the brand’s A-line shift dresses and lace detailing in pale tones. “Our concept has always been casual, comfortable, and luxurious, with each of these women embodying that idea,” says the brand’s CEO and Creative Director Serge Azria. Seductive Shoes – In May, we shared the news that Nicole Kidman was tapped as the star of Jimmy Choo’s fall 2013 campaign. Now, here is a look at the print advertisements featuring the Australian actress playing a film noir, Hitchcock-inspired protagonist.
Nicole was photographed by Mikael Jansson and styled by Julia Von Boehm for the autumn campaign which features boot styles as well as the label’s bags. “I really enjoyed being able to play a role that was strong, sexy and in control. I got into a relationship with the photographer and Mikael is very intuitive, he knows what I am thinking and feeling and is able to translate it through the camera,” Kidman says about the shoot.
Hard Candy – Ever playing the part of the vixen, South African model Candice Swanepoel smolders in the pages of Interview Germany’s June issue. In front of Sharif Hamza’s lens, the blonde bombshell poses in the backseat of a car in various states of undress. Fashion director Julia von Boehm selects sexy ensembles for Candice to wear including the designs of Burberry Prorsum, Valentino, Versace and others.
Christy – At 44, supermodel Christy Turlington covers the June-July 2013 cover of Harper’s Bazaar US, sporting a smile. The American beauty was photographed by Daniel Jackson for the new issue which hits stores on May 28th. Styled by Julia von Boehm, the model, mom and activist rocks designs from the likes of Tom Ford, Calvin Klein Collection and Versace.
