Gucci’s New Eyewear–Just in time for the sunny season, Gucci releases a new line of spring-summer 2014 sunglasses for women with the “Techno Color” capsule collection. The sun wear is made from light-weight technology while still maintaining a glamorous and timeless allure. Timely Matters–After fronting the brand’s cruise accessories advertisements, Nadja Bender is back once again as the face of Gucci’s 2014 watches and jewelry advertisements. The Danish model poses for Solve Sundsbo in a series of beauty shots where not only the timepieces shine, but she enchants as well. Nadja wears the Horsebit timepiece as well as yellow gold metal looks complete with diamonds.
Gucci Fall 2014–Giving her own version of the sixties mod movement, Frida Giannini’s vision for Gucci’s fall-winter 2014 collection was a polished start to Milan Fashion Week. Clean and simple silhouettes are glammed up with luxe embellishments including crystal adornments, leather finishes and fur coats. The silhouette of the season embraces the sixties inspired A-line shape for a super feminine look. Elsewhere, the Gucci woman wears shaggy fur coats and sweaters paired with slim-fitting pants and suit jackets. Shoes are also retro inspired–python, taupe and black riding boots that hit the calf work well with the medium-length skirts.

Rising stars Amanda Wellsh and Elisabeth Erm pose in a set of seductive images, wearing the sporty glam designs of creative director Frida Giannini. Luxe Accessories – Italian luxury label Gucci once again taps Nadja Bender for its cruise 2014 accessories campaign. Photographed by Sølve Sundsbø and styled by Beat Bolliger, the Danish beauty models the Soho Bag and Bamboo Shopper with a relaxed yet sleek style. Nadja previously posed for the brand in Gucci’s fall 2012 campaign.
Sunrise, Sunset – The resort 2014 campaign from Gucci evokes a leisurely glamour with these advertisements starring Andreea Diaconu. The Romanian model has appeared in an online campaign called “Bamboo Confidential” for the Italian fashion house previously. Inspired by the colors of dusk, the resort images were photographed by Mert & Marcus and feature Andreea posing alongside male model Adrien Sahores.
Throwback Gucci – This Thursday we look back at the fall 2004 campaign from Gucci. Daria Werbowy starred in the advertisements shot by Mario Testino. The fall 2004 season marked Tom Ford’s last season designing for the Italian brand, and you can see Ford’s mark with the sleek and sexy designs featuring cut-away gowns and fur embellishments. Male models Maximiliano Patane and Alexis Viñas joined Daria for the super-glam advertisements. Fast forward to today and Gucci’s fall 2013 campaign stars Abbey Lee Kershaw.
Bamboo Confidential – Romanian model Andreea Diaconu stars in a new digital campaign for Gucci titled, “Bamboo Confidential”. The dark-haired bombshell poses for Benjamin Grillon in the Italian fashion brand’s leopard prints and sleek silhouettes in images and a film. Katie Shillingford worked as stylist for the shoot. The film was shot on location in London at The Savoy and highlights the fall-winter collection’s Bamboo Shopper and Lady Lock handbags.
Blake at Gucci’s Runway Show – Actress and fashion darling Blake Lively attended the Gucci spring 2014 runway show earlier today during Milan Fashion Week. The blonde star wore a head to toe look from the Italian label including a leather halter dress in mustard yellow, stiletto heels and a matching purse.
