Sun Chaser—The April lookbook from Free People goes into story telling mode with these images and video starring Annie McGinty. The model plays a small-town girl from Kansas who travels to the west coast with her friend Esther. Inspired by western style, Annie models sheer tops, ripped denim and cowgirl hats in the sunny images photographed by Anthony Nocella. See more images from the “Sun Chaser” shoot below.
Jourdan in Spring Dress Styles–Continuing to enlist top models for its lookbooks, Free People taps British beauty Jourdan Dunn to model its new spring dress line. I Do–Following up its Las Vegas themed bridal shoot with Erin Wasson, Free People has more wedding inspiration for you with a new feature on its blog, BLDG 25. This shoot is also for the nontraditional bride with a free-spirited, bohemian vibe. Annie Edmonds photographed the images which feature Kate Zubok at the beach and in the woods where she models long maxi dresses instead of frilly gowns, a western hat in lieu of a veil and even a body con dress with metallic arm bands.
Sand Dancer–The Festival lookbook from Free People is finally here, and it has us excited for the spring music festivals like Coachella which are coming up. Model Chloe Bello looks as free spirited as ever in the tougher side of bohemian. The style book features lots of black, vintage inspired jackets, throw-on tees and rock and roll accessories. Chloe also sports strappy sandals and arm cuffs to go along with the statement making pieces.
Boy Meets Girl–A familiar face in Free People’s style books–Martha Hunt–is back once again for the fashion retailer’s March shoot. The blonde belle (who posed for the Valentine’s Day lookbook last month) stars in its “Dual Nature” images which focus on a mix of ultra-feminine designs with masculine accents. Anna Palma captures Martha wearing standout looks such as lace with leather, boyish shirts and streamlined silhouettes.
Erin Gets Hitched–Who knew that getting married could be so bohemian? The March lookbook from Free People takes a free-spirited approach to a marriage ceremony with a Las Vegas style wedding starring Erin Wasson. The top model exudes southwest cool as she poses alongside her fictional beau Mark Wystrach in a road trip throughout the midwest captured by Guy Aroch. The face of Maybelline gets snapped in denim, leather jackets and breezy maxi dresses in the new shoot.
Wildflower–Spring has sprung for Free People’s February lookbook aptly titled, “Wildflower”. Model Hana Jirickova gets bohemian with Rapunzel tresses and colorful floral prints. Photographed by Anna Palma, the blonde beauty wears a mix of rompers, denim and peek-a-boo cutouts all with flower motifs as well as platform sandals and silver trinkets as accessories.
