It’s a change of pace for the eyewear brand that used seniors to model its previous specs campaign. However, the New Zealand fashion designer insists her models aren’t so different as both “share a thread of optimism and happiness”. London Girl – House of Holland taps UK “It Girl” Adwoa Aboa for its late summer eyewear campaign. The model and actress was photographed in a London studio wearing the season’s quirky styles. “This season I wanted to expand on our current range with some new colourations of our greatest hits to date alongside an injection of new frames, shapes and lenses,” Henry Holland says about the new collection. New styles of the season include Mad Max, Lipstick and Fister.

A Sight for the Eyes – Following up the print advertisements for its ready-to-wear line, Miu Miu presents its eyewear campaign for the spring 2013 season. Models Bette Franke, Martha Hunt and Doutzen Kroes star in the evocative images photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin while Adriana Lima, Arizona Muse and Malgosia Bela join the others for the official campaign film. Mysterious yet elegant, the Miu Miu woman is nothing short of enchanting this season.
In Your Eyes – Lanvin taps Australian beauty Montana Cox for its spring 2013 eyewear campaign. Lensed by Stephane Gallois (Tristan Godefroy), Montana exudes a sleek sophistication with red lips and her stylish frames. See Lanvin’s the ready-to-wear campaign here.
Eyewear Throwback – House of Holland presents its second eyewear collection for the spring-summer 2013 season. The campaign stars Ioanna Gika from the band Io Echo, photographed by Danielle Levitt in Long Island. The advertisements are inspired by 70′s style as shown by the kitschy setting and retro decor. Styled by Heathermary Jackson, Ioanna wears quirky eyewear shapes such as cat eyes and oversized, round frames.
Baroque Opulence – For the latest Chanel eyewear collection, creative director Karl Lagerfeld found inspiration in the baroque opulence of costume jewelry worn by founder Coco Chanel. The new “Bijou” collection features ornate metalwork, in feminine and sophisticated shapes including butterfly and cat eye frames. A varied color palette in shades of palladium, limpid blue and celadon green; offer a contrast to the classic craftsmanship. The “Bijou” collection is available in Chanel stores this November.
Luxury Eyewear – Supermodel Linda Evangelista makes a triumphant return as she models the latest Chanel eyewear collection for the label’s spring campaign, photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. Rocking a super sleek slicked back do’ and bold makeup, Linda channels the 80′s in graphic black and white outfits teamed with the colorful frames.
Luxe Eyewear – Julia Frauche and male model Luca S pose for David Vasiljevic’s (Trouble Management) lens in the new Gucci eyewear campaign shot for the spring season.
