Dapper Etro Autumn – Etro’s fall 2012 campaign has a dame-ish and dapper attitude with colorful images featuring Iselin Steiro, Magda Laguinge, Laura Love and male models Miles McMillan and Ton Heukels. Captured by Mario Testino, the group wears Etro’s colorful prints and patterns with a focus on rich textures and decadent layering.
Model turned actress Erin Wasson hit the red carpet in a gown from Etro’s fall 2012 collection at the premiere of her latest film, ‘Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’. Erin looked pretty vampy herself with a smokey eye and slicked back hairdo.

Etro’s Ladylike Seduction – Etro’s explosive prints took a demure turn for the label’s fall 2012 show presented on the third day of Milan Fashion Week. Designer Veronica Etro steeped the autumn season in a dreamy palette of marmalade, ash grey, powder blue, burgundy, navy and inky black. Slinky, body hugging silhouettes dominated the runway as models wore sheer materials paired with abstract patterns. Hints of fur, flirty ruffles and leather brought a luxe vibe to the autumn silhouettes. For beauty, models wore slicked back hair and plum or nude lips.
Moroccan Delights – Etro’s colorful explosion of prints finds a Moroccan setting for its spring 2012 campaign starring Carmen Kass, Ella Kandyba, Ophelie Rupp and male models Bruce Machado and Andres Risso. Captured by Mario Testino, the group soaks up the sun with loose-fitting silhouettes and distressed hair.
Etro’s Roaring Spring – Etro continues to marvel with it signature print and pattern work for the spring 2012 season. Following the trend of art-deco inspired fashion, the Etro woman takes on 1920s silhouettes with skin-baring cut-outs for a more modern update of the classic flapper shape. The color palette is eclectic, ranging from bold pop art hues to simple black and white.
Pattern Recognition - Stella Tennant and Aymeline Valade are the new faces of Etro’s Fall/Winter campaign which features a mix of exotic patterns and textures in these rich images by Mario Testino. Vivid colors, paisley prints and metallics lend Etro’s campaign a luxurious vintage feel.

For fall 2011, Etro’s signature print work exploded on the scene for Milan Fashion Week with a strong showing of nomadic themed ensembles featuring models wearing tribal braids, lush textures and heavy furs. A mostly subdued color palette let the prints and materials shine with the collection’s languid elegance.

With prints ranging from psychedelic to tribal inspired, designer Veronica Etro juxtaposes resort casualness with sumptuous glamour for the new season.
