Inside the issue, Isla opens up about juggling family life with her career, “You can’t ‘have it all’ – it’s a total myth. Whatever you are lucky enough to get should be fabulous enough. I have never met anyone with the perfect career and the perfect family life. Something always has to suffer.”
Refined Simplicity – The spring 2013 campaign from Canadian designer Lida Baday keeps it minimal with these slick images lensed by Chris Nicholls. Star Style – Flare has taken inspiration from the astrological signs for their January 2013 issue, lensed by Chris Nicholls. Stylist Elizabeth Cabral helped the star signs come alive as fashionable replicas with labels such as Gucci, Chanel, Fendi, Mulger, and Roberto Cavalli. Makeup artist Simone Otis spiced up the model’s beauty with fierce makeup while hair stylist Nicolas Blanchet created hairstyles that top off the entire look, making the already gorgeous model, Ashtyn Franklin standout as the zodiac signs she was meant to imitate.
