Summer Chic – Celebrating ten years of publication in June, Costume Magazine has enlisted the photography talent of Sune Czajkowski to lens Iekeliene Stange for this Chanel beauty story. With makeup by Karin Westerlund, Iekeliene models a glowing summer look complete with pink nails and bronze lids. André Cueto Saavedra keeps Iekeliene’s hair easy and natural while stylist and producer Azadeh Zoraghi uses jewelry by Chanel.
On June 6th, Chanel’s Little Black Jacket exhibition made its debut in Manhattan. In attendance at the opening was Czech model Karolina Kurkova in an ivory ensemble from Chanel’s resort 2012 collection. Karolina paired the look with a silver clutch and feather embellished shoes.

A Fine Pairing – Sigrid Agren stars alongside male model Sam Way in Chanel’s spring campaign for its fine jewelry collection. Captured by Dominique Issermann, the lovebirds are an engaged couple shopping for the perfect rings in the romantic black and white series of images.
The One And Only – The June issue of Elle US taps Thomas Whiteside for a story featuring the iconic Chanel jacket worn six unique ways. Lester Garcia styles models Ella Verberne, Josilyn Williams, Veranika Antsipava and Vika Kuropyatnikova in looks ranging from sporty to ladylike to gothic–with an undeniable edge. On beauty are hair stylist Teddy Charles and makeup artist Kabuki.
Cruise Pastel – After taking a look at the runway show earlier, we focus on Chanel’s press kit images lensed by creative director Karl Lagerfeld for the label’s cruise 2013 collection. The photographs star British model Cara Delevingne styled as a cross between punk rocker and eighteenth century French royalty. Pretty pastel bobs matched with bow-tied ponytails are in for the season as well as platform sneakers and large, unapologetic ruffles.
Chanel’s Punk Marie Antoinette – For Chanel’s cruise 2013 collection, designer Karl Lagerfeld offered a mash-up of eighteenth century French aristocracy and modern punk style. Models wore Easter egg dyed bobs and ruffled skirts in the show’s opulent setting of the Château de Versailles which featured three fountains, sixty-six models and sixteen tents. Despite the elaborate setting, the overall tone of the clothes were lighthearted with an outing of voluminous skirts, modified creepers and cotton-candy colored detailing. For accessories, Lagerfeld showcased fingerless gloves, oversize sun hats and embroidered bags for a royal twist to the youthful ensembles.

Bombay Dreams – The April issue of Dazed & Confused highlights Chanel’s Indian inspired pre-fall collection with a story starring Lindsey Wixson. Max Farago (Total World) captures off-kilter images of Lindsey as she spends a solitary day in a hotel room setting. Styled by Karen Langley, the American beauty dons smokey eyes and tousled locks.
Luxury Eyewear – Supermodel Linda Evangelista makes a triumphant return as she models the latest Chanel eyewear collection for the label’s spring campaign, photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. Rocking a super sleek slicked back do’ and bold makeup, Linda channels the 80′s in graphic black and white outfits teamed with the colorful frames.
La Prima Donna – Ginta Lapina is princess perfect in Chanel jackets for the April cover shoot of Vogue Mexico, shot by Nagi Sakai. Paired with other labels such as Givenchy, Sportmax and Roberto Cavalli, fashion editor Sarah Gore Reeves gives the ladylike outerwear a youthful twist.
