Washed Out – White is the color of the season for this fashion spread featured in the November issue of Vogue Brazil. Model Bo Don poses for Jacques Dequeker in a wardrobe of androgynous looks ranging from slouchy trousers to cropped sweaters in the studio snaps. Pedro Sales styled Bo while Max Weber worked on hair and makeup for the shoot.
Little Miss Miu Miu – Bo Don puts her stamp on this cinematic “Lost” editorial for Japan’s Commons & Sense magazine. She appears like a silver-screen siren rather than a girl that’s lost her way in the images captured by London-born lifestyle photographer Chris Craymer. The Dutch model’s steely gaze and her chic Miu Miu apparel, selected by stylist April Hughes, help create a polished exterior.
Stella – Swathed in a wardrobe of all Stella McCartney, Bo Don graces the pages of Harper’s Bazaar Latin America for a fashion feature shot by Hans Neumann. The androgynous beauty sports McCartney’s masculine tailoring and sportswear inspired cuts styled by Ada Kokosar. The Dark Crystal – Taking a walk on the androgynous side, Bo Don gets decked out in a wardrobe of slouchy trousers and oversized tops for the winter issue of Zoo Magazine. Photographed by Dancian with styling by Jo Barker, Bo hits the studio in the designs of Guess, Celine, Stella McCartney and Saint Laurent amongst others with a messy ‘do and smudged makeup.
Gang of One – Playing the role of boyish rebel, Bo Don takes to a school setting for the latest issue of Used Magazine. In front of Mark Kean’s lens, Bo sports schoolboy inspired looks featuring the designs of Acne, Paul Smith, James Long and others styled by Katy Lassen. A blonde streaked ‘do by hair stylist Soichi Inagaki and bold eye makeup courtesy of Jo Frost complete the androgynous ensembles.
The Lady – Bo Don wears a shock of frizzy hair for Boris Ovini’s latest work featured in Vision China. Donning standout ensembles styled by Rich Aybar, Bo goes from outdoors to the studio in spring looks from labels such as Marc Jacobs and Prada. On beauty are hair stylist Vincent de Moro and makeup artist Morgane Martini.
Katrantzou’s Tribal Beat – Mary Katrantzou continued her use of colorful prints and architectural inspired shapes for her fall 2012 collection presented during London Fashion Week. After last season’s garden prints, autumn appeared to be more focused on the abstract with an opening of grid like patterns which progressed into something more primal, tribal even. Katrantzou did not shy away from color and showcased a range of hues such as emerald, canary yellow, ruby and sapphire blue. Although still playing with proportion, fall’s silhouettes were more tamed than usual–offering flattering shapes with a structural twist.
Metal Heart – Bo Don takes on rock and roll inspired looks for the fall-winter issue of Exit Magazine. Photographed by Alex Sainsbury and outfitted by Tracey Nicholson, Bo wears all Chanel with mussed hair and dark makeup by Tina Outen and Ashley Ward.
Chic Story – The fall 2011 lookbook from See by Chloe stars Bo Don in girly looks with street wear edge. From lightweight knits to retro prints, the See collection pairs platform boots with gray tights and oversize outerwear with loose-fitting trousers.
