God Save the Queen – For the August issue of Vogue Paris, model Anja Rubik channels two British style icons–the punk movement and the Queen of England. Photographer duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin capture the Polish beauty in a series of studio images featuring layered looks from the fall collections of Alexander McQueen, Chloe, Saint Laurent and many more. Emmanuelle Alt styled the blonde who wears a half painted face by makeup artist Lisa Butler and half-dyed hair courtesy of Christiaan.
A Season for Glam – Stars of the brand’s spring-summer 2013 campaign Anja Rubik and Karmen Pedaru appear in Gucci’s iPad magazine of the same season–Gucci Style. The girls are joined by Clement Chabernaud in colorful images lensed by Benjamin Grillon. The New Look – Polish model Anja Rubik is the latest beauty tapped for a Free People shoot. The blonde stunner fronts the label’s July catalogue in a series of images lensed by Paola Kudacki. Anja shows off her personality in a mix of booties, flowy tops, denim and transitional jackets. Cool, nature inspired illustrations add some whimsy to the studio snaps.
Anja’s Transforming Moment – Top model Anja Rubik graces the July cover of Vogue Russia, sporting curly locks. Inside the magazine, Anja poses for Richard Bush (Trouble Management) wearing an array of hairdos ranging from short and brunette to an 80s inspired teased coif. The Polish beauty wears sleek outerwear looks from designer labels including Valentino, Jean Paul Gaultier and Balenciaga styled by Sarah Richardson. Hair stylist Schon and makeup artist Kirstin Piggott give the blonde glam beauty looks for the eclectic shoot.
Autumn Deluxe – With a collection featuring art deco-inspired details and monochromatic prints, the fall 2013 campaign from Hugo Boss’ Boss line stars top models Anja Rubik and Joan Smalls lounging in a minimal setting. Photographed by Tom Munro, the duo poses in a New York studio wearing a mix of feminine frocks and sharp tailoring.
Anja Inside – Gracing the pages of Self Service’s spring-summer issue, leading model Anja Rubik sports a wardrobe of seventies inspired and monochromatic looks. Photographed by Walter Pfeffier with quirky props, the Polish beauty dons looks from the collections of Balmain, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Valentino and others styled by Suzanne Koller. Anja’s feathered hair and orange-red lips complete the retro chic look.
Zanotti Hits the Streets – Anja Rubik is tapped for seventh consecutive season as the face of Italian shoe brand Giuseppe Zanotti. The partnership seems to be working well as the Polish beauty recently collaborated on her own capsule collection with the shoemaker. The black and white advertisements were photographed by Karim Sadli in London’s Manchester Square.
Seventies Chic – Anja Rubik takes us back to the seventies for Vogue Spain’s June 2013 cover story. The Polish beauty, who was captured here by photographer Giampaolo Sgura, is a favorite of the style bible this year it seems. She’s also appeared on the cover of the Turkish and Mexican editions, and we’re only at the half-way point! Anja’s Paris Affair – Anja Rubik lands two new fragrance campaigns for Yves Saint Laurent’s “Paris je t’aime” and “Parisienne” scents. The Polish beauty replaces former face Kate Moss for the latter fragrance. In one image, Anja is seen kissing the perfume bottle against a Paris backdrop featuring the Eiffel Tower while the other ad shows off her sultry side with a black, skin-baring ensemble.
Seventies Throwback – Covering the June issue of Vogue Spain, model Anja Rubik evokes 70′s chic in a low-cut white shirt and bucket hat inspired by the iconic Lauren Hutton. Giampaolo Sgura photographed the Polish beauty for the June edition with styling by Sara Fernandez. Marking her third Vogue cover of the year, Anja has previously appeared on Turkish and Mexican editions.
