If the main editorial for this month’s Vogue Germany is any indication of the theme for the issue, than it must be decadence–because “Dress to Thrill”, by Alexi Lubomirski, is brimming full of it. From the extravagant dresses to the posh lingerie, fashion editor Christiane Arp, does not hold back in the styling department.
As beautiful as the clothes may be, what is an good fashion editorial without its model? That’s where Anja Rubik comes in. Her lovely charms catch the attention of a tattooed suitor and manage to captivate the viewer as well.

For Day Birger et Mikkelsen‘s new fall campaign, Missy Rayder and Tobias Sørensen cozy up like two lovebirds in looks that range from formal to casual. Although these ads were photographed by Hasse Nielsen last December, they manage to make winter seem not so chilly after all, with the warm companionship Missy and Tobias share.
Camilla Akrans is a photographer known for the use of architecture in her work, often throwing designer looks against the stark background of a building or two. “Mixed Prints” from Harper’s Bazaar August is no exception to the rule. Starring one of her model muses, Edita Vilkeviciute, “Prints” impresses with its stunning imagery and equally stunning designs.
Vogue Nippon gives us yet another taste of luxury in the aptly titled, “High Maintence”. Styled by Sissy Vian and shot by Katja Rawhles, “Maintenance” features Anja Rubik in designs from Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga and Chloé.
