Photographer Camilla Akrans makes us think of spending a day in the tropics with this recent shoot from the holiday editon of The New York Times Style Magazine, T. Styled by Anne Christensen in resort looks by Prada, Marc Jacobs and Lanvin, model Karmen Pedaru turns up the heat in Akrans’ “Climate Change”.

    She seems naive, vamp, self confident, far away, and meaning “So what”. Everything is in her way to open or shut her eyes and staring at you. She’s so beautiful.

    Amazing shots! Karmen is always really pretty. And I love her clothes and especially the hair in these shots! The third picture is divine.

    I’m going to NY for the first time in about a week!!

    Love the styling and lighting in this editorial! I especially love the dress in the last picture! It reminds me of the 60s with the hairdos and all.
