  1. Unfortunately, Poppy is not pretty or photogenic or…anything. Her connections got her where she is today, and that is the honest truth. Her little sister Cara has potential, however.

    •  No, she’s a ‘socialite’. Has friends at Vogue, Tatler etc. She’s never starred in anything in particular, she usually just hangs around at FW.

  2. I agree with previous commenters. Poppy is nothing special and she just does not intrigue me. Unlike, as said before, her sister Cara ( Burberry’s latest campaign)
I’ve read somewhere that her mother is a head of personal shopping at Selfridges. That explains a lot.

  3. But besides all the Hello magazine comentaries the pictures are great as the styling… i don´t see why you focus so much on her persona.

    •  It’s not about her ‘persona’, nobody has said anything about her personality… Her job here is to look great, which she doesn’t.
The styling is good, but it would have been 10x better with someone else. She is skinny, but that’s it.

  4. i think she’s pretty, but not particularly striking in any way (versus cara). she also looks a little too old, so it’s easy to mistake her for an actress or something. not really inspiring, either.
