Melodie Dagault by Kai Z Feng in Polka Dots | Lula Spring 2010

There is nothing quite like an abundance of polka dots to spruce up the day as shown by this spot crazy story from Lula‘s spring issue. Starring Melodie Dagault as a polka dot wearing maiden, the studio shoot from Kai Z Feng isn’t afraid to juxtapose whimsical prints with high fashion intensity.

Anyone think that the styling is great, but that she is a little scary? I'm not a big fan…

I adore all these outfits, but I am in love with the red polka dot.

Melodie definitely doesn't have what I'd consider traditional model looks, but I love her long limbs in pictures 1 and 4. The juxtaposition of patterns in #6 is gorgeous – I love the styling!

There are many unconventional models who look very interesting. But she's not one of them.

I like her strange looks, plus the girl can pose.
