Maryna Linchuk by Greg Kadel for Vogue Germany January 2011

Maryna Linchuk gets sporty for the January cover shoot from Vogue Germany. In front of Greg Kadel’s lens, Maryna is part high fashion and part athletic in the spring collections from Jil Sander, Michael Kors, Prada and others styled by Nicola Knels and Lynn Schmidt in Winter Spiele.

I don’t know if you can do that on photoshop or not, perhaps. But most times it’s done in camera shooting rear shutter. It’s a very cool effect and Greg’s a master at it.

The styling and the shots are fantastic. Sports bra + fur coat = win.

  3. I hate a lot of the styling and the blurry effects, but to each their own.

a shame that german vogue always looks like a cheap copy of french vogue…bathing suits and fur coats…look so much like aline weber in vogue paris august issus shot by david sims

  7. The last shop reminds me a bit to much of that Vogue Paris cover in november 2004 by Testino with kate moss. But other then that, I love it!
