Locura Pastel – From first dye to flawless finish, Jamie Nelson (Factory 311) captures Tehila Rich and Ania Kisiel as they prep for neon hued ‘dos in the June edition of Elle Mexico. Styled by Anna Katsanis, the duo sports feminine frocks from the likes of D&G, Valentino and Bottega Veneta to match their pink and lavender locks.
