Lanvin Spring 2012 | Paris Fashion Week

Mysterious Glamour at LanvinLanvin creative director Alber Elbaz once again worked his magic for the label’s spring 2012 collection with sharp cuts and airy fabrics. Feminine in shape yet darkly mysterious in palette and accessories, the Lanvin woman donned snake prints and decorative jewelry for the new season. Bringing a sense of contrast to slouchy pantsuits and strong shoulders, spring also featured crystal embellished dresses and jumpsuits.

  1. A gorgeous, gorgeous collection (how could Alber create anything less than beautiful?), but I feel slightly disappointed.  Compared to many of Lanvin’s past shows, this one seems less energetic and bold.  The snake prints are definitely an intriguing change, though.

  3. Mow this is why I love Alber Elbaz!
