Kendra Spears by Sean & Seng for Numéro #122

Snake Charmer – Continuing to show a penchant for animals and fashion, the April issue of Numéro enlists photography duo Sean & Seng for a story with true reptilian charm starring Kendra Spears. Featuring revealing looks from labels such as Dior, Givenchy and Louis Vuitton styled by Franck Benhamou, the high gloss spread brings a hint of big tent theatrics to the spring fashions with Kendra donning performer’s makeup courtesy of Lloyd Simmonds for one stellar performance. / Hair by Tomohiro Ohashi

I’m getting a Cindy Crawford –Kristen McMenamy hybrid. This is good.

Because you think it’s good or because you think it’s bad? Or just because it doesn’t look like Numero? Just wondering.

  3. The make-up (or is it the lighting?) makes her face look really pallid compared to the rest of her body. It kind of ruins the editorial for me.

    Kendra’s body looks amazing, though!

    1) I detest snakes but the use of them was pretty good.
    2) Lovely outfits and great posing by the model.
    3) Horrid makeup. Bleached eyebrows need to die. I love the lanvin dress but I was sooo distracted by the white makeup, rubyred lips and dyed eyebrows.

  7. I think the make-up was supposed to convey a performer/acrobat vibe, but they did it really watered down so it just looks like bad make-up. If they’d gone all out and made their intentions clear, it could have worked.
