Jean Paul Gaultier explored classic Parisian fashion with his fall Haute Couture collection by showcasing high turbans, dramatic 1940s silhouettes and even Eiffel Tower decorated stockings. Models (and burlesque performer Dita von Teese) glided down the runway in dark ensembles that beckoned to the days of screen sirens with a modern twist of over-exaggerated shapes, leather and metallics
